“Listening Session”
The Department of Community Affairs (DCA) will be conducting a listening session using video conferencing equipment as a new means to hear how they can assist in serving your community. Under this format, the Commissioner and Senior Staff will be in DCA central on one end and the customers are being directed to a tech school or other site in their region with video conferencing capability.
This format allows for two-way communication between DCA Staff and their customers, and we are hopeful this will be as effective as the ‘in person’ visits to each region that we have done in the past.
The Heart of Georgia Altamaha Regional Commission Listening Session will be held at the Heart of Georgia Technical College June 24, 2010 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
